	Accepting Shipment PLEASE NOTE: Colors tend to vary from shipment to shipment. Please open all cartons upon delivery. Make sure that you are happy with the current dye lot before installing as installation constitutes acceptance. All of our products are sold at liquidation pricing. We may not receive the same tile more than once. Be sure to order all that you need for your project. Also order 10% extra for your current project. This will account for working around fixtures and will also give you extra tiles for any future mishaps. Shipping and Handling Glass Tile of Oklahoma always charges the lowest possible shipping on your order. Please choose the best shipping method for your needs. We usually ship within 2-4 business days of receiving your order. We also charge a nominal $2 handling fee. Custom blend orders will take longer to ship. We will contact you with an approximate ship date on all custom orders. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the world using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. International Shipping Our shopping cart doesn't always figure international shipping correctly. You may contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. After the order is placed we will correct the shipping amount and then charge your credit card or send you a PayPal invoice. Please note that we are not responsible for international brokerage fees that may incur with this shipment. This is a separate charge that will be placed upon the buyer once the shipment has arrived in your country. Back Orders Since all our products are being liquidated, we will not place items on back order. We try very hard to keep our inventory up-to-date online but once a color is out of stock we may never get the same color/style again. If any of your items are out of stock we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative.
